In our company some of our operations are assembly, retail sale, wholesale and technical service of our BASEH registered products and other various product groups.

Some spare parts in our product range has been produced by our company workshop located in the Second Industrial Estate of Izmir.
In our workshop, CAD-CAM CNC mold preparation, printing and product precision machining are also performed on CNC machine tools.
The founder of our company is Mr. Ahmet Ozdogru who has started this business in 1952 when he was 13 years old. He has firstly been trained by two experienced mechanic-man who performed repairs of various engines running by gasoline such as motorcycles, water pumps, sprayers, marine engines and after completing the military duty, has opened his own workplace which is only 16 square meters in actual office area, in the year 1961.
He has started Chain Saw reparation in accordance with the demands of the customers in 1970's.
Due to the economical crisis and foreign exchange squeeze of our country those days; non-presence of the spare parts of motorcycles and Chain saws, or the outrageously expenses of the parts, have forwarded our company to have some spare parts produced as custom manufacturing in order to be used in our own workplace.
In the coming period, reparation workplaces and spare part sellers in the neighbor cities and towns, appreciated and assumed our products and these companies has started to supply their demands of spare parts from our company.
Our products portfolio has continued growing in accordance with the demands of the markets after our products and service quality has been assumed.
Furthermore, we had opportunity to compensate possible failures and errors in the production stage, by testing and using each part in our workplace.
The fact that the custom manufacturing has not satisfied the demanded quality and price balance, caused us to establish our own production center. The products that we manufactured in our own structure by our own abilities have played an important role on satisfying the market demands and raising our quality.
In 1985, after the participation of Mr. M.Bahtiyar Ozdogru to the business and following partnership of him to the company, the product variety and quality standard have raised much and this lead us to foreign trade.
In 2015, Mustafa Ozdogru, son of M. Bahtiyar Ozdogru, joined the workplace and later became partners in product development, social media and internet.
In 2017, the founder of our company, Mr. Ahmet Özdoğru passed away. R.I.P.
We will keep continue to walk on the respectable, honest and innovative path it has opened by him.
In the starting of 2024 our company title became "BAHTIYAR MOTOR SANAYI VE TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI"
In the starting of 2025, to ensure faster and higher quality transactions, we have been divided into two separate companies, manufacturer and exporter.
All our export transactions will be done by “BASEH DIS TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI”

Our company who has entered the business life by a 16 square meter in 1961, has reached to today by growing, without compromising quality, by means of the power we get from our customers, and we are proud of giving service to our customers with our working and storing space which is more than 1700 square meter totally, in workplaces more than one.
